most recent comparable sales, not listings. I love that
you always asking if there are any upgrades to the property
that might solidify value. You do not push a value that
is not there, not only is it illegal, it hurts the borrower
in the long run, especially during times where we see
property values stabilizing or even decreasing in some
areas. Not as important to some, but still a good benefit
is that you and your entire staff are friendly and fun
to work with. Turn times are quick for both the inspection
being performed and the report being delivered. When
a rush is requested…it

Even in times when I am not ordering an appraisal, you
are always willing to answer appraisal questions, especially
relating to the laws that bind your industry. Appraisers
and office personnel are professional, but not stuffy
or rude. If only you serviced every county in CA I would
